Result of The result of the Voting was:-

Dr. Baxter 180
Mr. Wade 135
Dr. Whitford 117
Mr. Coates 98.
The Chairman therefore declared that
Messrs Kelly, Baxter, Wade & Whitford
were elected.
It was suggested that the position of
the telegraph board be altered & that
the letter C be eliminated.
Votes of thanks Resolved that the thanks of the
meeting be tendered to the Directors &
officials for their services.
The Secretary read out list of players for
next season.
