[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park August 16th 1904.] Present G. Mahon Esq. (Chair) Messrs Baxter, Davies, Kirkwood, Whitford & Wright. Minutes The Minutes of last 4 meetings were read & confirmed. Reports Dr. Baxter reported the extraordinary meetings of League & F. A. L'pool F. C. The Secretary reported the interview of Dr. Baxter and himself with Mr. McKenna as to postponing the Linfield match, his letter to L'pool F. C. regretting our inability to postpone same, their letter stating their intention to lay the matter before the League Meeting & his reply Dr. Wright reported that Whitley and Thorburn were improving. His application for increase of salary was deferred. McLaughlin The Adjourned Meeting of the Scottish League being fixed for Friday the Secretary was instructed to go to Scotland & endeavour to secure this players transfer if reasonable Elliott to accompany the Secretary. Public Blues:- Scott, Balmer, Crelley, Practice game Taylor, Booth, Abbott, Sheridan, McAdam, Caldwell, Dilly.
