Office &c. Alternative sketches of proposed new stand
& offices to be erected on the site of the present
office were submitted and it was resolved
that the sketch showing the office above the
stand be selected & approved and Mr. Hartley
was instructed to send in a statement of
quantities & estimate of probable costs for
the next meeting.
