[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park December 12th 1905] Present Geo Mahon Esq. Chair Messrs Bainbridge Baxter Davies Kelly Kirkwood Wade Whitford Wright Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed. Pavilion The Secretary read letter to Architect Roof & his reply thereto it was resolved that the Architect be instructed to have the Pavilion roof re-covered So that the sheets be double lapped and closely rivetted. Farmer The Secretary having reported that Fund Mrs. Farmer had expressed herself satisfied with the bonafides of the business she was negotiating for & that not withstanding the opinion expressed by us that such business was unsound she was anxious to have possession of our grant to enable her to acquire same it was resolved that the Bank be instructed accordingly to place such grant to her absolute credit.
