Reserve Teams	The Secretary read Mr. Rinders circular
Competition	suggesting that a League be formed of
		Reserve Teams to play home & away games
		as on the League principle but it was
		resolved to reply that in our opinion
		such a competition would be unsuitable.

Argentine	Messrs Bainbridge & Wade reported an
Tour		interview on Friday last in London with
		Mr. Landell South American Press Agency
		who it was understood had in hand the
		arrangements for our South American tour.
		That Mr. Landell intimated that our
		objection to extend our stay for a further
		14 days would probably lead to the
		cancellation of the tour.
		The Secretary reported the receipt of & read a
		letter from Mr. Roberts the Director of
		Tottenham Hotspur hereon containing a
		statement that he (Mr. Roberts) had been
		informed that if we consented to travel
 take		by sea second instead of first class the
 Berry		matter could be arranged & that the sum
 as Scott is	for incidental expenses increased by a
 indisposed	further £100.
		The Secretary read his reply to Mr. Roberts
		letter and also a letter he had written
		to Mr. Wall.
		During the discussion a telegram was received
		from Mr. Wall that "Argentine people find
		"expenses much greater than anticipated and
		"failing extension of tour to July 9 they ask
		"clubs to accept second class passage with
