Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read
& confirmed.
Messrs Clayton & Wilson were deputed to
arrange with the Bankers for an
overdraft up to £10,000 and if the
terms warranted the realization of
the Corporation Stock to sell same
and reduce the amount of overdraft
accordingly.
Police Sports The Secretary having reported that the
Police Sports had been postponed from the
3rd inst. to the 14th prox. it was decided
that we write the Secretary regretting
our inability to give them our ground.
