Chair Messrs Bainbridge Baxter Clayton Davies Kelly Wade Whitford Minutes The minutes of last meeting & of Finance Meeting were read & confirmed. B.W.P.H. Co. The Secretary reported that the B.W.P.H. Co. had agreed to rent the eight positions specified for Seasons 1909/10, 1910/11 & 1911/2 on the terms stated at a rental of £30 per season. Alterations Messrs Kirkwood, Kelly & Whitford were appointed to go through tenders for painting and to decide thereon. Lanc. Cup The Secretary reported that having won the toss for choice of ground the Semi- 22 final would be played here on Nov. 21.
