Press It was resolved that the Press be admitted. Balance sheet The Chairman proposed & Accounts Mr. Clayton seconded and it was resolved "that the statement of accounts and balance sheet be taken as read." Auditors report The Secretary read the Auditors report to the Shareholders. Chairman's report The Chairman in his report referred to the state of unrest during the Season owing to the action of the Players Union. Directors report The Secretary having given his report upon the work of the season and the accounts. The Chairman proposed Mr. Davies seconded and after several questions had been put and answered. It was unanimously resolved. "That the report, balance sheet & statement of accounts be approved & passed."
