[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison
Park January 17th 1911]
Present All except Messrs Baxter, Clayton & Wilson.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting and of
Finance Meeting were read & confirmed.
International The Secretary reported that the prices
for this Scottish International were
fixed as follows
Admission 1/-
Bullens Rd. Stand 5/-, 4/- and 2/-
Walton St. (Goal) 2/6
Goodison Stand 2/6
Ireland v The Secretary reported that Llew Davies
Wales had been selected for Wales & that
Scott & Harris desired to play for Ireland.
Clerks' Salary The consideration of this matter was
deferred until the next meeting.
Direct entrance The Secretary having explained proposal
to Paddock the same was adopted & the necessary
work ordered to be proceeded with forthwith.
Reports The Cup tie & Combn. games were reported.
The trainers made their reports.
The Secretary reported that we were
drawn to play L'pool at Everton in
the next round of the Cup.
That Gourlay had been suspended for
7 days.
