Committee Meeting held Monday 16th March 1891
Present Messrs Barclay (in the chair) Williams, Ramsay,
Clayton, Wilson, Fleming, Jackson & the Secretary.
Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.
P. Gordon Resolved that this player be suspended & appear before
the Committee at their next meeting.
League Championship- Resolved that medals & £5 be handed over to
each of the original 12 players and that the following
players receive sums for playing in some league matches
Jardine £4, McLean £3, Wyllie & Gordon £2,
Lochhead, Elliott, Robertson & Smalley 10/- each.
Dressing Room Resolved that this matter be left over for consideration
after election of next seasons Committee.
Fixture with Notts County on 4th April confirmed.
Darwen guarantee. Resolved that the club pay the guarantee £31-10-0 to
Darwen in lieu of charging same to expenses in the
benefit match Jolliffe, Dick & Farmer.
Murray Resolved that this player be engaged @ 15/ per week all the year.
League Meeting Resolved that Mr. Barclay represent the club in London.
Team Wolverhampton Wdrs same as last week except Wyllie for
Latta.
Manchester - Angus, Dobson, Creswell, Martin, R. Jones,
Robertson, Hammond, Murray, McGregor, McMillan & Elliott.
