[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park
September 19 1911]
Present All the directors except Mr. Wilson.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read &
confirmed.
Shaw Mr. Allman recommended that this
player be seen again.
Davidson Davidson attended, gave his version of
the incidents surrounding his engage-
ment & was informed that before any
application to be heard by the management
committee could be heard the £42 must
be refunded to the League by him or by us
on his behalf & he asked for a day or two
to consider same.
Gracie Mr. A. S. Maley having attended on Saturday
last & offered £650 for Gracie's transfer
it was resolved that we decline same.
Reports Taylor's report on the Tranmere Rovers
team was read.
The gate receipts amounted to £22.11.6
Bromilow This goal Keeper was said to be very
good.
The trainers made their reports.
Dr. Baxter reported in the injured players.
The inside right of Hensley Central was
reported very good.
