[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison
Park November 28th 1911]
Present All the Directors except Messrs Baxter &
Wilson.
Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read &
confirmed.
M'Connell The Secretary reported that M'Connell was a
registered League player for Manchester
United.
Bookman That Bookman had not replied to the
invitation.
McKie That McKie did not play but would do
so at Stoke.
Resolved Messrs Allman, Clayton, Davies,
Kelly (if possible) & Wade go to Stoke
with full powers.
Dixon Messrs Allman & the Secretary reported that
on his display Dixon was no improvement
on our own players.
Browell That Hull would not consider the transfer
of Browell.
Bradshaw That a conference hereon had been
arranged for Thursday at Sheffield.
£1350 Resolved that Mr. Kelly & the Secretary
attend same.
