The Chairman thereupon declared:-

duly elected to the Directorate.
Vote of Mr. J. Y. Paterson proposed, Mr. T. S. Ashmole seconded
thanks and it was unanimously resolved that a hearty vote
of thanks be accorded to the Directors and Officials
for their services.
The Chairman acknowledged same and
declared the meeting at an end.
