[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park
March 11th 1913]
Present All the Directors except Dr. Baxter.
Minutes The minutes of the Finance Meeting & of
the last Board Meeting were read and
confirmed.
Arising out of the payment to the groundsmen
of 5/- each for work done on Sunday Feb.
it was resolved that in future Sunday
labour be not paid for unless the work
is previously authorized.
Cup tie The Secretary reported that the gross Gate
Everton v receipts herein were £1805.4.6 that the
Oldham result was a victory for Oldham by 1 goal
to nil & that following team represented
