[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park,
April 8th 1913]
Present All the Directors except Mr. Allman.
Minutes The Minutes of the last meeting were read and
confirmed.
Reports The League and Central League matches were
reported.
The Trainer made his report.
Dr. Whitford reported a consultation with
Dr. Alexander re John Maconnachie and that
with a rest for the remainder of the season.
Maconnachie would be fit to play next season.
Griffiths John Fare reported favourably on this player
and Messrs Davies, Kelly or Clayton and Fare
were deputed to see him play at Shrewsbury on
Saturday next.
Mr. Kirkwood gave notice of motion to delete the
words "if certified fit to play next season" from
lines 9 and 10 page 69 of the Minute Book.
The Secretary reported that Messrs Quilliam
threatened proceedings unless the damages for
broken window etc. in Gwladys Street were paid
and it was resolved to depend any proceedings
which might be brought.
