[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park
June 12th 1913]
Present All directors except Dr. Baxter & Whitford.
Minutes The minutes of the meetings of May 28th June
9th and of the Annual Meeting of June 9th
were read and confirmed.
Mr. Clayton was appointed to preside
Matters arising out of minutes:-
Stalker The Secretary reported having instructed Mr.
McArthur to offer Stalker his terms of 25/-
per week up to August 31 and £3 per week from
Septr. 1 and full instructions as to signing
him on but as yet had received no reply.
Palmer The engagement of Wm. Palmer at £4 per week
with a Bonus of Ten pounds & a transfer fee
of £800 and the free transfer of Wm. Murray to
Bristol Rovers F.C. was confirmed.
King The Secretary reported that Partick Thistle had,
in spite of our agreement with them,
transferred King to Newcastle United F.C.
Resolved that the matter be not proceeded
with.
Holbem The Secretary reported that he had received
no intimation from Greenock Morton since
accepting their offer of £250 for Holbem.
Weller Chesterfield Town promised to let us know
apply to shortly their price for Weller.
