Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read and
confirmed.
Val Harris The Secretary conveyed the thanks of Val
Harris to the Directors for the promise of a
benefit during the forthcoming season.
The Secretary reported that
Painting The amount expended in painting stands &c.
was £86.4.0.
The Olympia had agreed to announce our
matches.
The Empire were awaiting instructions from
Headquarters.
The Hippodrome had not replied.
Tenders for Music at Matches had been
submitted and same having been perused
it was resolved to engage the Scouts
Band for Sept. 6 at a fee of £2.15.0
That he had signed H. H. Johnson at 7/6
per week he to be allowed to work
confirmed.
