[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park

Present All the Directors except Messrs Baxter & Coffey.
Minutes The minutes of meetings of Novr. 26, 27 & 28 were
read & confirmed.
Fern The Secretary reported.
That Lincoln City's lowest price for Fern
was £1500 & that his offer of £1200 had
been declined.
That Fern had expressed a desire to reside
in Worksop.
The Secretary was instructed to reopen
negotiations with Lincoln City up to £1400.
Blackman That he had seen Blackman the right
full back of Huddersfield play at
Stockport on Monday and could not
recommend him.
McFadden That having seen McFadden play on
Saturday last, that Clapton's price for
him was £1500, & that having made
enquiries elsewhere as to his abilities
he could not recommend any offer
being made.
Beeson The Chairman reported that
Mills Beeson was quite a novice.
Mills far too small.
