It was further resolved that the Secretary make
arrangements to open a property account at the
Bank, that a sum of money amounting to
£5747 to cover the purchase price and the
stamp duty be transferred from our General
Account to such Property Account and that he
the Secretary superintend the collection of the
rents and the management of the property and
to pay the income thereof into such property
account at the Bank.
