[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park,
February 2nd 1915]
Present All the Directors except Dr. Baxter and Mr. Green.
Minutes The Minutes of the last Meeting were read and
confirmed.
Harrison The Chairman reported having sent the correspondence
& Parker herein to Mr. Clegg per Mr. Lythgoe and that he
had not as yet received any reply.
Gwladys The Secretary reported having written to Mr. Jones
Street but that he had not received any reply as Mr. Jones
was away ill.
The question of repairs to Gwladys Street property was
left in the hands of Mr. Kelly and the Secretary.
John Fare reported the Central League match at
Blackpool.
The Secretary reported that the Cup Tie with Bristol
City resulted in a win for Everton by 4 goals to
nothing and that the following players represented

The Secretary reported that the gross receipts for
division were £776: 10: 6 and read out a list of the
payments which showed that £21: 5: 0 was due to
