[Meeting of Directors held at the Bradford Hotel
Thursday, March 4th 1915]
Present All the Directors except Dr. Baxter & Mr. Green.
Minutes The Minutes of the last two meetings were read
and confirmed.
Everton v The Secretary reported the receipt of statement
Queen's Park together with cheques for £449.1.7 being our
Rangers share of the receipts plus travelling and Hotel
expenses, that he had paid the sum of £25:11:0
to the League as the percentage due from us on half
the gross gate. The payment was confirmed.
Aston Villa The Secretary read Aston Villa's acceptance of our offer of
Compensation £134:10:0 in settlement of compensation for
postponed League match and cheque was ordered to
be sent to them.
The Secretary reported that a special general meeting
of the members of the Lancashire F. A. was fixed for
Wednesday the 10th inst. to consider proposals to
formally alter certain Rules but it was not deemed
necessary to be represented.
Rearranged The Secretary reported that he had arranged for
matches Oldham Athletic to visit us on the 17th inst. and was
endeavouring to arrange for Bolton Wanderers to do so
on the 10th inst. and that the abandoned match
v Bradford had not yet been fixed up.
The League and Central League games were
reported.
