[Meeting of Directors held at the Bradford Hotel,
Friday, April 23rd 1915.]
Present All the Directors except Dr. Baxter and Mr. Green.
Minutes The minutes of the last two meetings were read and
confirmed.
Jefferis The Secretary reported that Jefferis underwent an
operation for the removal of a loose cartilage on
Monday last and that he was progressing very
favorably.
Cardiff The Secretary reported that he had written to the
City League Management Committee re the non-payment
by Cardiff City of the transfer fee for George Beare
and that he had informed Cardiff City thereof-
that Club's reply was read.
Sunderland The Secretary submitted list of Sunderland's gates
F.C. from which it appeared that the sum of £108:11:9
was due from us and cheque for that amount was
ordered to be sent.
The Secretary reported that our friendly fixture with
South Liverpool was played on Wednesday last and

his action in charging them 13/6 expenses, 2/6
thereof being for tea money for Fare Junr., was confirmed.
Tom Page The Secretary read a letter from St. Mirren F.C.
enclosing cheque for £15 on account of Page's transfer.
