[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park, May
13th 1915.]
Present All the Directors except Messrs Baxter, Green & Kelly.
Minutes The minutes of the last Meeting and of the Finance
Meeting of April 28th were read, confirmed and signed.
Rule 44 The Secretary reported that West Bromwich Albion F.C.
had promised to support our proposed addition to this
Rule.
Gwladys St. That he had not yet received an estimate from the
Corporation.
Championship Mr. Kirkwood's proposal that a Championship Medal
Medals should be awarded to Palmer fell to the ground owing
to the same not being seconded.
Chelsea F.C. Chelsea's repeated offer of £50 in settlement of our claim
was declined.
Programmes The Secretary reported having spoken to Liverpool F.C.
on this matter and ascertained that Mr. Morton's desire
was that owing to the disastrous season he had experienced,
he trusted that, should football be resumed, the Clubs
would make him a concession in respect of future rent.
Resolved that when the question again arose it could be
dealt with.
The Chairman reported the conference between Liverpool
F.C., Liverpool County F.A. and themselves last evening
and that the agreed basis of division of gate receipts and
other matters relating to the Liverpool County Cup
