Competition would be submitted to the Directors
by the Liverpool County F.A. in due course for
approval.
J. Brown Proposed Indemnity submitted by the Secretary was
approved.
Annual The Secretary presented the Accounts of the Company
Accounts for the year ending April 30th 1915 with the Balance
Sheet and Mr. Herbert Bowler having explained same
the following resolutions were passed:-
1. That the amounts due from sundry debtors be
£532.15.8 valued for the purposes of the Balance Sheet at
£994.2.5 on open accounts, it being reported that
this amount consisted of, Stockport County £25 re Gault,
Arsenal £450 re Bradshaw, Cardiff City £300 re Beare,
St. Mirren £35 re T. Page, Chelsea F.C. £74.2.5
compensation, F.A. £100 share of Semi Final
receipts and £10 lent to J. S. Maconnachie on
security.
2. That a depreciation of 10% be written off Stands,
£1075.18.10 Hoarding and Erections amounting to £1195.9.9
and that £337.14.7 being the amount standing
against office fixtures, fittings &c. be written off.
3. That the amount expended on Clothing material
£69.3.4 and Stores £223.5.10 be written off against Income
and Expenditure account.
4. That the Statement of Accounts, Balance Sheet and
Profit and Loss Account be approved.
5. That the law costs, stamp duties and agency charges
in connection with the purchase of the Gwladys Street
property be debited to the Profit and Loss account instead
of being added to the purchase price of the property.
