[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park

Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read and
confirmed.
Downs It was reported that Barnsley F.C. were
unable to suggest an adequate reason
why Downs should leave his club.
Buckley The Secretary read Buckleys letter and
reported that he had been transferred to
Arsenal F.C.
Bradshaw The transfer of Frank Bradshaw to Arsenal
at a fee of £450 was confirmed.
Advertising The consideration of this matter was
tender deferred pending the receipt of further
letter from Mr. Morton.
McFadyen The Secretary reported that Dr. Broad was
perfectly satisfied with McFadyens progress.
Central The Secretarys arrangements with the Queen
League Hotel Chester for dinner on the 9th inst. at
4/- per head were confirmed.
