Minutes The Minutes of the last Meeting were read and confirmed.
Reports The Secretary reported that he had effected an insurance
on the Stands and erections for a further £5000 and he was
instructed to pay the premium £6.5.0.
That he had received an account showing our assessment
to the Income Tax for next year to be £794, that being the
average of the taxable profits for the years 1913, 1914, 1915,
as set forth in the account attached hereto, and that the
same appeared to be correct.
That he had received a cheque from the League for
£142.19.11 being 50% of our Club's donations to the
National and Local Institutions and that this sum was
to be allocated by us to Local Institutions in accordance
with Rule 7, and we were asked to allot same and
forward the receipts to the League not later than the
24th inst. It was decided that the Secretary should
write asking permission that the allocation of this sum
be deferred until we were in a position to ascertain what
amount we could allocate in the aggregate out of our
receipts and out of any further remittance from the
League, it being felt desirable that any sum of money
