Minutes The minutes of the meetings of June 3rd
and June 15th and of the Annual Meeting of
June 15th were read & confirmed.
Election Mr. Clayton was unanimously
of Chairman re-elected to the Chair.
Committees Resolved that the following Committees
be appointed.
Finance Messrs A. Coffey (Chairman) E.
Green, B. Kelly and D. Kirkwood.
Ground Messrs B. Kelly (Chairman) J.
Davies, and H. Halsall.
Store & Advertising Mr. D. Kirkwood (Chairman)
Messrs Baxter, Green & Wright.
The Chairman ex-officio on all Committees.
The Chairman extended a welcome to Mr.
Herbert Halsall on taking his sent on
the Directorate.
