Hoardings The Secretary read letter from D. Allan & Sons
intimating that as a result of Government
restrictions their business was now
reduced almost to extinction and asking
to be released from payment of rent of
hoardings let by us. The Secretary was
instructed to ascertain the exact nature
& extent of the concession desired.
