That Messrs T. Theo. Rogers Bowler & Co.
be re appointed Auditors to the Co. at a
fee of fifty guineas.
Dr. Whitford proposed Mr. C. Wright seconded
and it was resolved.
That a hearty vote of thanks be accorded
to the Directors and players for their
services and that the Secretary convey
same to those players who had since
the close of the Season joined the forces.
The Chairman having acknowledged
same declared the meeting closed.
