Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read and
confirmed.
Insurance This matter was further considered and the
3rd party Secretary was instructed to obtain rates
from various Companies on the basis of
an indemnity not exceeding £5000 in any
one year and £2500 to cover liability in
respect of a single occurrence and to
accept the lowest rate quoted therefore.
British The Secretary reported that the gross gate
Gifts receipts herein were £64.6.5 and the amount
realized from the sale of programmes
postcards and collection £20. That these
respective amounts had been paid into
the Co.'s a/c at the Bank and cheques for
same forwarded to the Committee of the
fund. This was confirmed.
Reports The games at Bury & v Brynn were
reported.
