[Meeting of Directors held at Bradford Hotel
February 20th 1918.]

Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read
and confirmed.
Bribery The Chairman reported the attendance of
himself, the Secretary, Fleetwood & Gault
at the rehearing of the charges against
Geo. Anderson at Manchester yesterday
that the Commission confirmed their
judgment perpetually suspending Geo.
Anderson & had offered us the use of
the documents and evidence in the event
of our prosecuting Anderson.
It was resolved to place the matter in
the hands of Mr. D. J. Geddes solicitor
with instructions to him to at once take
steps to have Anderson indicted for
conspiracy and to brief Mr. Wingate
Saul.
The game at Blackburn was reported.
The gate receipts were £9.7.9 & the
amount received in respect of our 20%
of the net 'gate' 7/5.
