[Meeting of Directors held at Bradford Hotel

Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read and
confirmed.
Anderson The Secretary reported that he had been bound
over to prosecute Anderson who was yesterday
committed for trial at the next Liverpool
Assizes.
That the gross receipts at Bolton on the 16th
inst. were £167.6.6 and our share thereof duly
received £22.14.11.
That the gross receipts on the 23rd inst. were
£450.14.0 and the following payments thereon
were passed.
Entertainment tax 104.17. 6
League 4% 13. 3. 3
League 1% 3. 5.10
Bolton Wanderers 20% 62.10.10
That the gross receipts of the match Harland
& Wolff v Bootle Tanning Co. in aid of the
Sportsmen's Ambulance Fund (Bootle Branch)
were £35.10.3 and payment of that sum
to the Fund was passed.
