		Profit & Loss a/cs. be approved.
	5	That a dividend of 5%  on paid up Capital
		(Free of income tax) be recommended.
	6	That the Annual meeting be held on the 1st
		July 1918 at the Common Hall Hackins Hey
		that no proxies be issued by the Club & that
		admission to the meeting be on presentation of
		Balance Sheet which are to be issued by
		the Secretary.

		The next meeting was fixed for the Exchange
		Hotel after tea at 6.30 pm.

		The Secretary reported that Assistant Grounds-
		man Jos. Smith had been called into the
		army.

		An application by Frank Mitchell through his
		wife for a loan of Eight pound was granted
		the money to be repaid by weekly payments
		of 10/-.

Baseball	The use of the ground tomorrow for a match
Matches		in aid of the Regimental Funds and on
		the 22nd inst. to the London Baseball Assocn.
		Ltd. for a match for charities was granted.

Clennell	The payment to Jos. Clennell of £3.8.9 per
		week for three weeks for loss of salary
		through injury at football was confirmed.

		The Secretary was instructed to invest the
		recent War Stock dividend of £62.10.0  plus £2.10.0 in
		war Bonds 5% of 1927.
