Minutes The Minutes of last meeting were read &
confirmed as were those of the Annual
Meeting of Shareholders.
Jos. Smith The Secretary reported an application by
Jos. Smith for assistance for his wife & family
during his service in the army.
That his Salary was 11/6 per week
His allotment " 17/6 " "
His daughters earnings were 27/9 "
His rent 6/6
An application for assistance under the Civil
Liabilities Scheme had so far met with no
response.
The Consideration of the matter was deferred.
Donnachie Oldham A.F.C. having again expressed
a wish to negotiate for the League transfer
to us of Jos. Donnachie the consideration
thereof was deferred.
Goodison The Secretary reported that 820 asbestos
Roof slates had so far been supplied & that at
least 1000 more would be required & were
ordered as were three 6 foot lengths of
