[Meeting of directors held at the Bradford Hotel,

Minutes The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
Saturdays games were reported, the second team
defeating Runcorn Highfield by one goal to nil.
The Secretary reported the gross receipts on Saturday
last were £269.15.10.
The following payments thereout were passed:-
Entertainments Tax £62.8.1
League 1% for management
Expenses 1.18.1
League 2½% for the F.A.
Fund 4.14.3
20% due to visiting club £36.15.7
Liverpool The Secretary reported the gross receipts to be £57.15.4,
County F.A. the Entertainments duty (the payment of which was
Match confirmed) £14.2.2. The arrangement with the
Liverpool F.C. to defray the expenses incidental to the
match was confirmed and the Secretary instructed to
send to the Secretary of the County F.A. cheque for
£43.13.2.
