Minutes The minutes of last meeting were read and
confirmed.
Percentages The Secretary reported that in accordance
with custom he had calculated the 2½%
for the F.A. on the receipts of the 12th inst: that
the League Secretary suggested that we fall
into line with 31 other clubs by paying the
4/8 difference. This suggestion was acceded to.
B. Kelly That an acknowledgement of the resolution of
deced. Sympathy and wreath had been received
from Mrs Ben. Kelly.
The games at Goodison Park and Old
Trafford were reported.
The payment of 15/3 Entertainment Duty
on gate receipts and 2/6 on Season Tickets
were confirmed.
The receipts at Old Trafford were £450.9.7
& the 20% of such net receipts £64.3.9
had been received.
