[Meeting of Directors held at the Bradford Hotel,

Minutes The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
The Chairman extended a welcome to Mr. R. T. Francis on
his taking his seat on the Directorate which was suitably
acknowledged by Mr. Francis.
Damage to Mr. Banks reported that the gateman concerned had
Coat informed the Grounds man that a screw did in fact
protrude from the turnstile and that he had driven it
home again after the complaint made by the spectator. The
matter was left with the Secretary to adjust.
The games at Stoke and Goodison Park were reported.
The Secretary reported that the receipts at Goodison Park
were £5.8.8. The payments of the tax thereon £1.7.0
and 3/- on the sale of season tickets were confirmed.
The Secretary reported that the receipts in our Lancashire
Cup Tie with Rylands Recreation at Warrington on the 2nd
inst. were £8.0.8 and that he had received the proportion

thereof due to us, viz., £2.9.6 fares and 15/3 share of
net receipts.
