Thompson & A Letter was read from the Football League that our
Clennell Players Thompson & Clennell had been informed that no
additional expenses can be paid by either the Club or League
re their attendance at the League Meeting in Manchester.
Northern Nomads Resolved that Mr. T. H. Jackson be informed
F.C. that this Club cannot arrange a match with
the Northern Nomads F.C. for Easter as they are
already engaged.
Window Ordered that the tender of Samuel Gaulton
Cleaning of Walton to clean the Club Windows at 1016
per time be accepted, he & his staff being insured
against accident, & that his undertaking be
stamped as an agreement.
Ladies Ordered that Mr. Frankland of Dick
Match Kerr Ladies team, Preston, be informed that
the 5th of February is not a suitable time for the
proposed match at Goodison Park, & it must be
deferred until later in the season.
G. W. Kitchen Resolved that Mr. G. W. Kitchen be asked
to arrange for the Centre forward Dunford,
recommended by him, to come to Liverpool for
a trial.
G. Guttridge Resolved that G. Guttridge be informed
that the Directors have not been able to put him
in their team to play owing to the promises made
to other Players.
Next Ordered that the next Meeting be held at
Meeting the Bradford Hotel, on Tuesday next the 4th
proximo at 3.30 pm.
