Resolved that Messrs Paterson & Thomas of
14 Cook St. Liverpool be instructed to make a
valuation forthwith, & the same be considered by the
Directors at their Next Meeting. Also that they be
asked to state the position in regard to the closing
of the Street if the Club demolish the property.
In the meantime the Secretary write to Dr. E.
Molyneux that the matter will be placed before the
Directors on Tuesday next, after which he would be
communicated with immediately.
Bank A Letter was read from the Bank Manager
Arrangements that it was against the Rules to allow Cash to be
lodged in their strong room.
Resolved that he be informed that this Club
in the past has had this facility, & pressing for a
renewal of the privilege, suggesting that other Banks
would doubtless agree to such a thing if the a/c
were transferred.
W. Clarkson Resolved that the extras charged by Mr. Wm.
Clarkson in his a/c for work done re players,
Billiard Room &c., amounting to £2.17.0 be agreed to,
& the a/c in its entirety £198.6.0 be passed for
payment.
Northwich The application of the Northwich Victoria Club
Victoria F.C. for permission for their players to train at Goodison
Park, was agreed to as far as A. & S. Elliott are
concerned, but declined re R. Taylor & E. Horley.
Next Meeting The Next Meeting of the Board was fixed
for Tuesday Next at the Offices of the Co., at 7:15 p.m.
