J. H. Hill The Secretary reported that he had given
14 Days notice to approach J. H. Hill, centre half, of
Durham Club, he being an Amateur, which was
approved, & arrangements be made to see the Player.
J. Clennel J. Clennel having asked for the balance
Benefit of his Benefit Money, the Secretary was instructed
to inform him that we cannot apply to the League
until later in the Season regarding his case.
Charitable Letters were read from the National League
Organizations) of the Blind, the N. F. of D & D, S & J, & St. Dunstans
& it was Resolved
That the Blind Institution be allowed to
make a collection on the ground later on.
That we cannot play a Saturday Match with
the N. F. of D & D, S & J the ground being engaged, & mid
week matches are not successful financially.
That St. Dunstans be informed that this Club
have already subscribed liberally to their funds,
but they can take up a collection at one of our
matches other than that against Liverpool.
