		Welsh of St. Bernards was read & the Secy.
		was instructed to watch these players on Saty.
		next & if satisfactory sign  them on
		best terms up to £500 or £600.
			The Secy. reported that he had interviewed
		the S. Shield Directors re Maitland & Woods
		but they were not prepared to part with
		either. He also reported on Hamilton of
		Kilmarnock (F. B.)  & stated that Club
		had promised to inform us what fee they
		were prepared to accept.

Crossley		The Secy. reported that he had been
		offered this player & on enquiry the fee was
		stated to be £2500. He was instructed to
		ask the Sunderland Club if they were
		prepared to accept any less & if so, it was
		decided that Messrs Coffey & Green watch
		the player at  M'bro. next Saturday and
		endeavour to come to terms, if his play
		was satisfactory up to £2000 for transfer.

Lawson	&)	Secy. reported that these two

Fire 24 Gwladys St.	The tenants application for assistance
		towards cost of replacing clothing damaged
		by fire was not entertained.

Gault			The Secy. reported that the Stoke
		F. C. had made enquires re this player. It
		was decided to ask a transfer fee of £1500.

W. Berwick		The Agreement with this player
		cancelling his agreement with the Club was
		produced.
