at the Bradford Hotel, Liverpool
on the 11th March 1919]

The Chairman referred to the presence of Messrs
H. Banks & H. Halsall after their illnesses & expressed
the hope that their health would be maintained.
The Minutes of the proceedings at a Meeting held
on the 4th instant were read & confirmed.
Reports It was reported that the Match v Preston North End
resulted in a win 3-2.
Messrs E. Green & R. T. Francis reported re the
Reserve fixture at Waterloo, the result being 4-0 for this club.
The Chairman gave a resume of the business
transacted at the League Meeting in Manchester on
the 10th inst. & also intimated that the Championship
games between this Club & Nottingham Forrest would be
played on the 10th & 17th May next, at Nottingham
& Goodison Park respectively.
Finance The Gross Gate of the Match at Bolton on the 1st
inst. was reported to be £1,022.9.2, the Expenses £271.15.7
leaving the Net Gate 750.13.7, this Club's proportion being
£150.2.9, Cheque for which had been received & paid to Bank.
The Gross Gate on Saturday last was stated to be
£842.8.8, the Expenses £244.16.11, & the Net Gate
£597.11.9, Preston North End F. C. receiving £199.10.4.
