for next Season, since then he thought the man
might act in the interim as Assistant Groundsman
Resolved that the Secretary see Cooke
on Thursday re accepting this temporary work, &
offer him £2 to £2.5.0 per week.
John Underwood A letter was read from Mr. John Underwood
Decd. of Anfield regarding the death of his father &
asking that in the absence of a will, without
taking out Letters of Administration, the Shares
standing in John Underwood's name in the Books
of the Co. be transferred to himself.
Resolved that the Shares be so dealt with
provided Mr. Underwood will give an indemnity
in the matter.
