S. Fazackerley The Secy. reported that this player
had been placed on transfer and that offers
in writing had to be submitted
by Friday at 10.30 am. It was decided
that Secy. proceed to Sheffield with powers
to offer up to £4000.
Aitken & Paterson It was agreed that Secy. proceed
(Retford) from Sheffield to Retford to watch these
players on Sat.
Team v Bradford City Brown was reported unfit and it
was decided to play Peacock & to take
Kirsopp as reserve.
Stringfellow It was decided that Mr. Green
proceed to Southend with powers to negotiate
with Portsmouth re this player and to
mention Weller in the negotiations.
A. Reid It was decided to ask Airdrieonians
F. C. if they were prepared to part with this player.
McGloughlin Mr. J. Fare was deputed to watch
this player on Sat. next with powers, if
satisfied, to go up to £1200 for his transfer.
McGuire It was reported that this players
(Distillery) fee had been reduced to £500. No action taken.
