the 16th inst. were read & confirmed.
Finance The gate receipts v Sunderland on 20th inst.
were reported to be £2322.11.2. Enters. Tax £488.13.7
S'land F. C. 20% £263.9.4, Football League ½% £8.10.10.
The Collection for St. Dunstans was
reported to be £110.8.0.
The Gate receipts L'pool University v Leeds
University on 17th inst. were reported to be £36.14.0
Enterts. Tax £9.3.7. Expense £3.5.0.
Reports of Matches The reports were received of the matches
v Sunderland 1-1, Formby United 3-2 & Aintree United 1-2
v Gwersyllt 2-1.
Reports of Players Mr. W. J. Sawyer reported very favorably
Waller, Horwich on this inside forward.
Davidson, Durham C Mr. J. Fare reported that these two
Alford Barrow were very good players & it was decided
that they be seen again. In the meantime
the Secy. ask the Barrow F. C. if they were
prepared to part with the latter.
Campbell. Paisley Mr J. Craig reported favorably on this
player & it was decided to ask him to follow
the 3 players. Whyte (Armadale) Strachan (Dunfermline)
& Campbell (Paisley Vulcan)
Trainer's Report Trainer Elliott reported all players
fit except Wall, Williams & Macdonald who however would
be ready for Saturday.
