read & confirmed.
Finance The Gate receipts in F.A. Cup Tie v
Stockport County on 8th inst. were reported to
be £1368.19.2 Gross, Enterts. Tax £278.0.2, Match
Exs. £42.0.3, 5% to F.A. £52.8.11 & ½ net gate to
Stockport City £508.2.11.
The Bank Balance was reported to
be £9534.3.2 Dr.
Amateur The Secy. was instructed to write
International letters of congratulation to Messrs B. Howard
Baker & J. E. Blair on their being selected
v Wales on 22nd inst.
Reports re Matches Reports were received of the matches
v Stockport City 1-0 & Newton Common Recs 1-2.
Reports re Player Mr. J. Fare reported that this
Heyden Old Xaverians player was not of the required standard.
Scottish Players Mr. J. Craigs report was read on
his visits to various matches mentioning
especially Racburn (H.B.) Tranent, Bauld
(I.L.) Gleniray Celtic & Young (I.L.) Albion Rovers.
Moffat The Secy. reported that this player
had been signed on at £5 per week, and
that the transfer fee paid to East Fife
F.C. was £475.
