part with this player.

Cardiff City } The Secy. produced the undertaking
re Clennell } regarding payment of the transfer fee, but
it was decided that we ask for bills, one
for £500 payable in Jany next & one for £1000
payable in early part of season 1922-3 & it
was left to Mr. Cuff & Secy. to draft the letter.
A. E. Smith The Secy. stated that Dr. McMurray
had examined this player & had reported
that he was not fit & play football again.
It was agreed that Secy. interview the player
as to his taking a sum to cancel his agreement
& also enquire what the Insce. Federation would do.
