Knox (Airdrieonian) Secy. reported that he had seen two
of the officials of the Airdrieonians club who
stated they might be inclined to transfer
this half back for about £2000. Resolved he
be seen on Saturday.
Heathcole (Blackpool) Mr. A. R. Wade reported unfavorably on
this player.
Whitworth (Northampton) Mr. J. Fare also reported unfavorably
on this player.
Richardson (Lincoln C.) He also stated that this player
had again played well & it was left to
Secy. to make enquiries as to whether the club
were likely to part with him.
Green (Fleetwood) Mr. J. McGill reported very favorably
Fryer on these two players & Secy. was instructed to
make enquiries re the former who was reported
to be on Blackburn Rovers retained list.
Trotter (Bury) Mr. C. Crossley reported that on the
form shown, this player was no use to us.
but it was left in Mr. Cuff's hands to make further enquiries.
Mills & Floyd A letter was read from the Club
(Hull City) that they were not prepared to part with
these players at present.
Donations Applications for donations from the
Sutton Wisley F. C., Talbot Stead F. C. & Daily
Mirror Princess Mary Fund were refused.
Seaforth Fellowship} It was decided to make a grant of
F. C.} £10 towards the funds of this club, seeing
that we had obtained the services of Parry
& Cochrane from them.
L'pool Schools F. A. An application for the use of our ground
on Jany. 7th was granted subject to our being
drawn away in F. A. Cup. If drawn at home
they to have use of ground on Jany. 4th.
