Minutes The Minutes of meetings held on the 20th
& 22nd inst. & Finance Committee meeting held
on the 12th inst. were read & confirmed.
Complaint agst. R. Downs & Mrs. Kitchen attended & interviewed
Secretary the Chairman & Mr. Green respecting certain allegations
against the Secy. The Chairman stated that
the lady had reported being in the office
on three occasions on as one of which she
was given wine & stated that misconduct
had taken place. The Secy. in reply stated
the reasons for Mrs. Kitchin's presence, and
whilst agreeing that the lady had had
wine. Absolutely denied any misconduct.
Finance The following gate receipts were reported.
