W. C. Gibbins & A. R. Wade.
Teams The Secy. reported that Fleetwood
was doubtful for match v Bolton Wdrs. It
was decided to keep Leddy back & play
Grenyer half back & Perry forward in Reserve Team.
Cup Tie It was decided to allow each of
our player 1 ticket for Cup tie.
C. L. Match v It was agreed to postpone this
L'pool match fixed for Jany. 7th.
Hart (Airdrie) Letter read from club accepting
our offer of £3000 for this player, providing
we would settle with him. Decided to
reply that we cannot increase our offer
which will only remain open until Tuesday
night next.
McIntyre (Wednesday) Secy. reported that this player
was on transfer list & had made enquiries
but could not ascertain price. Agreed that
Mr. Cuff make enquiries & matter be brought
up again at next meeting.
Players to watch Decided that Messrs E. Green & J. Fare
watch 2 players in Scotland on 4th prox.
